Raise capital
Capital for credible requirements.
Phoenix is retained by a capital firm that deploys capital. We introduce credible developers, investors, operators and asset owners to suitable deployable capital through debt, equity and complex capital solutions.
Phoenix is not a lender and does not make lending decisions. Our role is to understand the requirement and create a qualified, confidential introduction to a capital provider where there is a fit. Any financing remains subject to the provider’s assessment, due diligence and agreed terms.

Capital raising: clear answers
Does Phoenix lend directly to businesses or property developers?
No. Phoenix is not a lender. It introduces credible borrowers, developers, operators and asset owners to capital providers, including a retained capital firm that deploys capital. Any funding decision is made by the relevant provider and is subject to its assessment and terms.
What types of capital requirement can Phoenix introduce?
Depending on the project and provider criteria, requirements may involve debt, equity, acquisition or development finance, refinancing, recapitalisation, bridge-to-term, portfolio finance, growth capital, capex or a more complex capital solution.
What information should I provide with a funding enquiry?
Share the borrower or company, sector, asset and location, capital sought, total project value, existing debt, committed equity, purpose, transaction stage, available security and expected timing. Include planning and an information memorandum or financial model where relevant.
Does submitting a requirement guarantee an offer of finance?
No. Submission is an initial qualification step, not an offer or guarantee of finance. A suitable introduction depends on the requirement, evidence, due diligence and the capital provider’s decision.
